ICS BUMDES Karya Mandala Makmur yang
berkedudukan di desa Lada Mandala Jaya, Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat,
Kalimantan Tengah adalah Kelompok petani swadaya yang berhasil bersertifikasi
RSPO dan ISPO sejak 2 tahun lalu. Dengan jumlah petani anggota 214 Petani dan
luas lahan 393 Ha, BUMDES Karya Mandala Makmur memproduksi sekitar 14.388 ton
TBS bersertifikat tiap tahun.
Hari ini, Sabtu 24 Juli 2021,denegan
tetap menjalankan protocol kesehatan ketat, BUMDES melaksanakan Khitanan Massal
secara gratis untuk seluruh anak-anak yang berada di Desa Lada Mandala Jaya. Ini
adalah contoh baik, dimana melalui sertifikasi RSPO, BUMDES dapat memberi
manfaat bagi masyarakat lainnya. Khitanan Massal Gratis ini dibiayai dari
insentif sertifikat RSPO yang mereka terima tahun 2021 ini. Dalam catatan
FORTASBI, rata-rata pendapatan BUMDES dari insentif sertifikasi RSPO adalah
mencapai adalah 920 juta/tahun.
Insentif yang diterima BUMDES ini tidak hanya digunakan untuk kepentingan anggota semata, dan tidak melulu digunakan untuk meningkatkan produksi kebun sawit anggota, tapi juga digunakan untuk kepentingan social dan kesehatan masyarakat Desa Lada Mandala Jaya. Tahun ini dana insentif tidak hanya akan digunakan untuk menyediakan pupuk gratis untuk seluruh anggota yang terdaftar sebagai anggota BUMDES untuk sertifikasi, tapi sebagian dana juga disisihkan untuk menyediakan Khitan Gratis dan bantuan dana sebesar 250.000/anak untuk 23 anak-anak di desa Lada Mandala Jaya.
“Ini salah satu bentuk kontribusi
kami kepada masyarakat desa, agar semua masyarakat dapat manfaat dari kegiatan
yang kami lakukan. Lagi pula manfaat sertifikat RSPO dan ISPO yang kami terima
hendaknya tidak hanya dinikmati oleh anggota, tapi juga seluruh masyarakat di
desa dimana BUMDES kami beroperasi.” Ungkap Sartono, selaku Manager ICS BUMDES
Karya Mandala Makmur.
Telah banyak contoh baik yang
dilakukan oleh petani swadaya yang telah bersertifikat RSPO dan ISPO di
Indonesia. Dimana Sertifikasi memberi dampak jauh diluar yang dibayangkan oleh
siapapun, dan inilah bukti dimana nilai Minyak Sawit Berkelanjutan telah
bertransformasi menjadi budaya terbaik, tidak hanya dalam praktek perkebunan,
tapi juga praktek terbaik dalam hubungan social. jika dihubungkan dengan SDG`s,
maka BUMDES ini telah berkontribusi terhadap tujuan ke 3 dari SDG`s mengenai
Kehidupan Sehat dan Sejahtera untuk semua.
