KUD Tri Daya, koperasi
bersertifikat ISPO dan baru saja menerima Sertifikat RSPO September ini, terus
mendukung dan mengembangkan kelembagaan tani anggota mereka.
Salah satu dukungan yang
diberikan oleh koperasi yang berlokasi di Kotawaringin Timur, Kalimantan Tengah ini yakni dengan mempercayakan Kelompok Pertanian Sumber Mulyo – salah satu
kelompok anggota KUD Tri Daya – untuk mengelola program bantuan dari Dinas
Pertanian Kotawaringin Timur, berupa pembuatan embung ukuran 25mx30m kedalaman
2meter, dan pengadaan sumur bor dengan kapasitas tangki air mencapai 10.600
liter.
Embung merupakan hibah tanah
dari Ketua Poktan Sumber Mulyo, Edy Gunanto, sedangkan pengadaan sumur mendapat
hibah tanah dari Jumari.
Bantuan ini pada awalnya
diinisiasi oleh pendamping mereka, Yayasan Javlec ke Dinas Pertanian, kemudian
KUD Tri Daya mengajukan proposal untuk menindaklanjutinya. Sejumlah syarat
untuk mengajukan bantuan yakni poktan harus terdaftar di SIMLUHTAN dan minimal
memiliki akta notaris.
Dukungan yang diberikan oleh
pemerintah setempat akan sangat bermanfaat bagi anggota poktan hingga
masyarakat desa setempat, karena mempermudah akses masyarakat terhadap air, di
antaranya berfungsi untuk pengairan di kebun, air disalurkan ke rumah anggota,
dan untuk kebutuhan isi ulang air.
"Semoga dengan
pengelolaan program bantuan yang kami berikan ke poktan, bisa lebih
mengaktifkan kegiatan anggota kelompok dalam berlembaga dan harapan saya
kelompok ini menjadi pilot project di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur
sebagai kelompok yang tertib administrasi", kata Rohmat Anshory, Group
Manager KUD Tri Daya.
Sebagai wujud rasa terima
kasih karena telah menerima bantuan dan rasa syukur mereka atas keluarnya
Sertifikat ISPO, anggota poktan menyelenggarakan syukuran yang banyak diikuti
oleh ibu-ibu petani Poktan Sumber Mulyo, "ini dianggap oleh mereka sebagai
program yang sangat luar biasa karena di antara banyak KUD yang ada, KUD Tri Daya
yang mendapatkan program ini. Ini murni gagasan dari kelompok sendiri yang
mengadakan syukuran".
Kegiatan ini menunjukkan
gerakan kolaboratif mampu meningkatkan praktik pertanian dan penghidupan yang
lebih baik bagi petani. Upaya KUD Tri Daya juga menjadi inspirasi bagi kelompok
koperasi lain, bahwa hasil positif dapat dicapai melalui inisiatif yang
dikelola dengan baik.
