Ketua Yayasan FORTASBI Indonesia yang juga menjabat sebagai Group Manager Asosiasi Swadaya Amanah, H. Narno dan Kepala Sekolah Petani FORTASBI dari Gapoktan Tanjung Sehati, Rukaiyah Rafik, terpilih menjadi Dewan Gubernur Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), mewakili petani swadaya.
Pemilihan dilakukan dalam acara 18th General Assembly (GA18) of RSPO Members, yang berlangsung Kamis malam, 2 Desember 2021, pukul 19.00-21.00 WIB.
Keduanya meraih 31 suara atau 81,58%, mengalahkan dua pasangan kandidat lain yakni Bernadius Steni dari Koperasi Sawit Bangkit dan Sartono S. PKP dari Badan Usaha Milik Desa Karya Mandala Makmur yang mendapatkan 6 suara atau 15,79%, serta perwakilan dari Malaysia yakni FELDA, yang mencalonkan Nurul Hasanah Ahamed Hassain Malim dan Ismail Samingin, dengan perolehan satu suara atau 2,63%.

Petani Mampu Maju ke Kancah Internasional
Terpilihnya Pak Narno dan Bu Uki merupakan pencapaian besar, karena pertama kalinya petani swadaya Indonesia maju sebagai Dewan Gubernur. Tugas ini pun menjadi penting karena keduanya akan mewakili petani di seluruh dunia. Nantinya pengambilan suara untuk perumusan kebijakan akan dilakukan oleh Dewan Gubernur yang juga dikenal dengan istilah Board of Governors.
Saat ini, tercatat ada 90 kelompok tani swadaya yang menjadi anggota RSPO.
Menurut Bu Uki, prestasi ini merupakan sejarah, dan terpilihnya ia dan Pak Narno membuktikan petani mampu berjuang di kancah dunia, "Ini adalah sejarah bagi petani swadaya Indonesia yang selama ini kita hanya berjuang dalam konteks sebagai anggota, tapi sekarang kita akan berjuang dalam menyuarakan lebih kuat, itu satu. Yang kedua, kita juga ingin menyampaikan kepada seluruh dunia bahwa petani swadaya itu bukan petani yang lemah atau tidak memiliki kemampuan apa-apa, tapi petani swadaya adalah orang yang memiliki dedikasi untuk menyampaikan kepada dunia bahwa mereka sekarang ini ingin menjadi leader untuk perlindungan iklim dan pemulihan alam".
